He showed up at 5:45p and did a complete removal and re installation of our hot water heater.  Very kind, courteous and did excellent work.  Even cleaned up after the job was complete!! My family recently moved into a fixer upper and our contractor installed a tankless water heater in the kitchen closet. When I complained about the excessive heat and smells it produced, he "vented" it using the previous standing tank's exhaust. After nearly a week, we were still having problems so we started looking into it, only to discover he had installed an OUTDOOR unit! I turned to the internet and found Josh Mintz plumbing, who I called first thing the next morning. Thankfully, he had an opening to come take a look a few hours later. Upon arrival, he IMMEDIATELY realized the danger we were in, and made arrangements to remove the improper unit right then. He and his crew replaced it with a wonderful, quiet, smell-free tankless water heater that same day! I am SO thankful for Josh & his crew--there's no telling what could have happened if the prior one was left in place (carbon monoxide, explosion, fire, etc).
