Josh agreed to come out the same day even though he was booked up through normal working hours.  He showed up at 5:45p and did a complete removal and re installation of our hot water heater.  Very kind, courteous and did excellent work.  Even cleaned up after the job was complete!!  I’ll definitely be using Mintz plumbing for any other plumbing service needs in the future. 5 star experience! If I could give Josh Mintz Plumbing more than five stars, I absolutely would! Over the past few months, they have completed multiple projects for us, including converting our traditional water heater to a tankless system, repairing toilets, installing my gorgeous new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal, and installing grab bars in my mom’s shower for added safety. Used Josh Mintz Plumbing for a couple of different jobs. Shower tile and countertops tear out and installation. He and his team did a great job. I wish there were more than 5 stars--I cannot say enough positive things about Josh Mintz Plumbing! My family recently moved into a fixer upper and our contractor installed a tankless water heater in the kitchen closet. When I complained about the excessive heat and smells it produced, he "vented" it using the previous standing tank's exhaust. After nearly a week, we were still having problems so we started looking into it, only to discover he had installed an OUTDOOR unit! I turned to the internet and found Josh Mintz plumbing, who I called first thing the next morning. Thankfully, he had an opening to come take a look a few hours later. Upon arrival, he IMMEDIATELY realized the danger we were in, and made arrangements to remove the improper unit right then. He and his crew replaced it with a wonderful, quiet, smell-free tankless water heater that same day! I am SO thankful for Josh & his crew--there's no telling what could have happened if the prior one was left in place (carbon monoxide, explosion, fire, etc). Josh and his team did a great job finding a leak and had it fixed within 24 hours. They gave us options on how to fix it and were so transparent and helpful with each option. They let my kids watch and were so easy to work with.
